VMA RIP

I hope y’all had a great Labor Day weekend. Giselle and I spent ours just chilling out at home because we’ll be traveling this week and most of the weekends this month. She got booked on makeup job in L.A. and I’m joining her to visit my mom.

Maybe I’m getting old but this year’s VMA’s were deadly dull. It was like watching the Oscars. Everyone seemed to be dialing their performances in, including the audience. Al Gore was the only memorable event the entire evening. How dull do you need to be to make Al Gore look exciting?

And what the hell does Al Gore have to do with the VMA’s? Like that audience gives a rats ass about global warming. Most of the people who were there drove in on Escallades and Hummers.

I was saddened to hear that one of my favorite TV personalities had died over the weekend. Steve Irwin, the crocodile hunter, died when a sting-ray stabbed him in the heart during a dive.
