After months of training, Giselle and Tom head to lake Tahoe
to ride 100 miles to raise money for the Leukemia Society.

As members of the Hawaii team, we bring the appropriate mascot.

The Tahoe century is aptly named, "America's Most Beutiful Bike Ride."

Tom's family drives up from LA to show their support.

The ride begins before the sun rises.

And at a chilly 34ºF and 16,000ft above sea level, it's not
conditions that the Hawaii team could train for. But we do our best.

The scenery is amazing...at least on the occasions that we're not riding among the tall pines.

After a 5 mile 1000ft climb, G takes a moment to take in the view and little breather.

Along the ride, we are treated to many sights. Among them stupidity. Obviously this guy stuck in the mud,
doesn't know what the boat ramp was for.

After completing a full circut of the lake, we're filled with a sense of accomplishment and good whiff of our collective B.O.
