The weather here in New York is somewhat schizophrenically winter-like but my pollen allergies can attest that it’s definitely Spring. Yesterday it seemed like it was going to be a warmish day in the mid-50’s so I decided to finally get back on the bike (after over a year of not riding) and take a ride around Prospect park. Sadly I have lost all the endurance from when G and I were riding regularly in Hawaii. On the pathetically small hill near Zoo I had to stop to catch my breath! It started raining (an ice cold rain at that) at which point I quickly limped home. Oh well, more reason to exercise regularly.
