The weather has been so gorgeous, it almost felt like Summer. Of course I never got a chance to enjoy most of it because I’ve been home getting over a cold the last couple of days. Today was the first day I felt back to normal. Well I’m feeling better now. But it does mean I’ve been watching a lot of daytime TV.
It’s funny to see some pundit or activist on the news saying they’re surprised and/or disappointed that they picked a ‘Conservative’ Pope. Hello? That’s like saying you’re surprised Dick Cheney picked Halliburton rebuild Iraq’s oilfields or that your surprised the Democrats picked Dean to head the DNC.
