SETUP SUNDAY 7:30-9:00am
Park in the school yard and then walk your wagons and goods out of the yard gate uphill to the iron gate.
The ramp at the iron gate will lead you to the handicap access doors to Moriarty Halls.
The iron gate and double-doors will be propped open from 7:30am-9:00am on Sunday and closed for security until the event ends at 3pm.
EARLY SETUP (Saturday 10:30pm-11:30pm)
I will be decorating the Hall from 10:30pm-11:30pm on Saturday night. For those that wish to bring items on Saturday night, please coordinate with me on Saturday. There is a party that has rented the Hall on Saturday so it will be closed to access before that time.
TABLES
There are 2x6ft rectangle and 6ft round tables that you may borrow.
First come first served as to whether you get a rectangular or round type table. The rounds offer more space for items.
Please fold and return them after the event.
You may bring your own tables.
ELECTRICITY
Those with plug in items or decorations at their table must bring their own multi-outlet power strip and extension cords.
DECORATIONS
We encourage you to wear holiday festive clothing and decorate your booth area with Christmas decor.
POP UPS
Canopies are not required as the event is indoors, but you may set one up if this helps with your booth display.
FOOD & DRINKS
Booths may sell food. We ask that you police and clean your area throughly after the event. The Knights of Columbus will be vending hot dogs and cold drinks at the Moriarty Hall canteen.
PRICE
$50 for 8×8 ft. booth (renters may borrow tables and chairs stored in Moriarty Hall on a first come-first served basis). This is a non-refundable suggested donation to the St. Anne Knights of Columbus D.A.D.S. Club
PARISH DISCOUNTS
$10 Off for St. Anne School parents, Fr. Dan 1% Club Patrons, and active members of a St. Anne Ministry (St. Anne Parish ministry organizations are eligible for a complimentary booth space, please contact SACRE for details).
