Giselle’s parents were visiting last week. We took them up to Niagara Falls this weekend as neither they nor Giselle had seen it. Depending on who’s list you look at, Niagara Falls is one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World (or so says the Niagara Falls tourism board).
I’d seen the falls about 10 years ago and for some strange reason when I saw it again, it seemed smaller somehow. Maybe it’s just because it doesn’t have the impact of novelty or it was bigger in my memory like your childhood playground is bigger in your mind than in person.
By the way, I found out that there IS a Canadian law the requires 35% of radio broadcasts to include Canadian content and 65% Candadian content on French Canadian radio staitons.
